We also manufacture and license some of our own products. HouseOfRave officially opened it’s online doors in early 2001, and we have be scouring the globe for the latest in light-up toys and technology ever since. What happens when I place an order?

  1. You add items to the cart and fully checkout.

  2. You will receive an order number on the spot, and a full receipt will be sent to your email address.

  3. We reserve up to 3 business days to process you order (but usually we get it out the same day if order before 3pm Central time on any weekday).

  4. When your order is sent out of our warehouse, you will get a UPS tracking number via email.  You can see exactly where your package is with this tracking number, plus it shows you the scheduled delivery time. 

  5. You become a satisfied customer.

  6. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, make sure to contact us with your feedback or issue.

Product Samples for Bulk Orders:
If you're interested in ordering a large quantity (generally 3X the quantity as the largest bulk discount show) and want to see a physical product before ordering: Place an order for one, pay for it as usual, and when you later place your large order you may request a refund for your sample purchase.  Simply contact us via phone or email for the refund.

Shipping Rates & Times:
Shipments are calculate by adding the base rate of each item to a real-time weight based fee used by UPS.  You can calculate shipping costs by adding items to your shopping cart and clicking Checkout.  Canada orders must use Canada Shipping and all international orders (outside U.S. and Canada) must select International Shipping.  This chart gives you a rough idea of what shipping will cost:

The following map shows approximately how many business days a package sent by Standard shipping would take to arrive.  Keep in mind we reserve up to three business days to process and send packages, however we do our very best to send orders out the same day.  

Orders are processed within a maximum of three days, if this limit is exceeded we will notify you of your order status by email. We generally get your order out for shipping the same day if ordered before 3pm Central Time on a weekday, but we still reserve up to 3 business days to process orders. 

Canadian orders must select "Canada Shipping" and International orders (anywhere outside the U.S. and Canada) must select "International Shipping".  Buyer is responsible for any duty charges charged by their respective countries. The following is a list of countries we currently ship to:

Was a product of yours damaged during shipping or arrived in a non-working condition?  Follow the procedure to get a refund or exchange from HouseOfRave:

1.) Make a note with the following information:
    a.) Order Number
    b.) Full Name
    c.) Shipping Address
    d.) Phone Number and Email Address
    e.) Reason for exchange and action requested.  For example: if you would like a refund or exchange for a product, please write that on the note.

2.) Return the items to:
