WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ORDER?
1.) You add items
to the cart and fully checkout.
2.) You will
receive an order number on the spot, and a full receipt will be sent to your
email address.
3.) We reserve up
to 3 business days to process you order (but usually we get it out the same day
if order before 3pm Central time on any weekday).
4.) When your
order is sent out of our warehouse, you will get a UPS tracking number via
email. You can see exactly where your package is with this tracking number,
plus it shows you the scheduled delivery time.
5.) You become a
happy customer!!
6.) If for some
reason you are not happy with your order, make sure to
contact us with your
feedback.

Orders are processed within a maximum of three
days, if this limit is exceeded we will notify you of your order status by
email. We generally get your order out for shipping the same day if ordered
before 3pm Central Time on a weekday, but we still reserve up to 3 business days
to process orders.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Was a product of yours damaged during shipping or
arrived in a non-working condition? Follow the procedure to get a refund
or exchange from HouseOfRave:
1.) Make a note with the following information:
a.) Order Number
b.) Full Name
c.) Shipping Address
d.) Phone Number and Email
Address
e.) Reason for exchange and
action requested. For example: if you would like a refund or exchange for a
product, please write that on the note.
2.) Return the items to:

**Note: Candy and glowsticks cannot be returned.

connections and never viewed by anyone in our office. We don't want any of
